Provincial medical coverage, such as Medical Services Plan (MSP) for British Columbia residents will cover the cost of your initial consultation and most blood tests and investigations. With provincial coverage, a referral is required to book a consultation.

Have MSP coverage?
With MSP coverage, a physician referral is required to book a consultation and there are two options.
Option 1
Download the referral form below to take to your family doctor (can be a doctor at a walk-in clinic) or OBGYN to facilitate a referral.
Option 2
Rocket Doctor provides no-fee virtual referral appointments and can refer you to Grace Fertility. With your request, Rocket Doctor will typically book your appointment with the same-day. Following your Rocket Doctor appointment, they will send a referral to us. When we receive the referral from Rocket Doctor, a member of our intake team will contact you to book your consultation.
No MSP coverage?
If you do not have MSP coverage, you may request an appointment directly. Click to get started.
