Who needs a referral?
The following patients need a referral in order to book an initial consultation:
All female and assigned female patients
Male and assigned male patients requesting fertility preservation services
Males in a same-sex couple ready to start their fertility journey (both partners)
Male and assigned male patients ready to start their fertility journey without a partner
Out of province patients
At Grace Fertility, we welcome patients from out of province, but please note that all patients must have a valid Canadian health card.
